Some people are perfectly fine with being referred to by their real life names but others are not and if you know they're not okay with it, don't do it. If you're not sure, please ask them first.
We consider the posting of another member's personal information to be a serious offense and if you do this, we feel no obligation to issue a warning before we initiate a temporary ban.
