Good evening, everyone.
There is a known bug with the software we use in which some members' profiles may show they've made zero posts, even though they may have made hundreds or even thousands of posts. We've heard from some of the affected members and we've been able to correct it for them, but it's likely there are more who have been affected.
So, if you don't know if this has affected you or not, we're asking you to click on your name - either in a post or in the stats section at the bottom of the page - and see what number is reflected there. If there is a number other than zero, you're fine. If it shows zero posts, we want to fix it.
The process is simple. If you show zero posts, reply to this thread. There are three of us who will be working to fix this, so we'll delete your post once we've corrected your post count for you. This is being done solely to prevent extra work for the three of us. Once we've reset it for you, it may be necessary for you to log out and then log back in before you see a change. It may take a day or two for us to get to you, so please be patient.
